Two ingredient flourless Nutella cake

TIME TAKEN: 35 mins

I’m not lying, this cake really has 2 ingredients and it tastes really good! Finding it on the good ship YouTube I decided to give it a go and see what happened. The results? I was pleasantly surprised. You wouldn’t think a cake could be made with 2 ingredients but this one does. So if you have 30mins to spare this week and fancy something chocolately cook this tasty treat up, and if you warm it up with cream it will definitely protect you from all that snow London is getting at the moment!

·         4 eggs
·         8 1/2 ounces Nutella (weigh this out on a scale)

1.       Grease a 6 or 7 inch round cake tin. Then line with parchment paper on sides and bottom.
2.       Preheat oven to 350F/Gas Mark 4.
3.       Beat eggs on highest speed with mixer until about triple in volume, about 6 minutes-ish.
4.       Measure out Nutella into a microwaveable proof bowl, and microwave it for 20secs to make it softer.
5.       Add in 1/3 of the egg mixture. Stir in with a spatula until no streaks remain.
6.       Add the rest of the eggs in 1/3 and remember to mix in-between each addition of eggs.
7.       Pour the batter into the cake tin and bake for 20-25mins. Let the cake cool before cutting and serving.
